Terms and Conditions
Soundzania Productions enters into the following terms and conditions with you (the buyer) for the products being purchased.
Personal Information Read our Privacy Statement to understand how we use your personal information.
Taxes We operate from Virginia and will charge the 5% VA sales tax for any order being shipped to a Virginia resident. Other local sales taxes are not being collected by us and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Virginia sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated from within PayPal during the completion of the final payment.
Shipping We use USPS and UPS to ship our items. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Return Policy
Contact sales@soundzania.com for any inquiries or returns. Returns for t-shirts will be accepted provided the shirt has not been worn or damaged. Returns for CDs will be accepted provided the CD has not been opened from its packaging.
All returns must be sent to: Soundzania Productions, 5347 Aylor Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032. Before shipping, please be sure to contact sales@soundzania.com to verify your item can be returned.
